Wow! Great details. Not only is the awesome subway tile intact (wish my place still had it) but it looks like many original light fixtures are still there, too.
Since this is your listing Ranty, have you considered advertising with the Twin Cities Bungalow Club? I'm pretty sure they make their mailing list available (for a fee?) for postcards from realtors selling Arts & Crafts homes. All the wonderful details in this home would really appeal to the enthusiasts in the TCBC.
